I've bought several cars over my years, and my recent trade transaction at Lexus of Chattanooga was an example of how this business should be done. Robbie Bales did a great job of allowing me to inspect various cars on my own without hovering. He was very transparent with answers to all my questions about various models, options, numbers, and terms of the sale. Absolutely no pressure, just there to assist me to find the right car and terms. During the short periods where we were waiting, he was professional and personable. Definitely an asset to the business. Aaron Schreiner demonstrated all of the features and tech with my car. He is articulate, great at moving topic to topic, and answers questions succinctly. Very patient. He met me at my level of understanding and has excellent product knowledge. This is the guy every software company should have to train people on new products. Josiah Sadek's work in the finance office was quick and efficient. He answered all of my questions, and I was never pressured to buy extra products I didn't want. I was in and out quickly without feeling trapped to hear a two hour-long explanation about every extended warranty! Overall, this is not the stereotypical dealership or car buying experience. What an incredible experience!!! I bought a used 2017 Subaru Outback on 28 Nov 25, and the vehicle, sales experience, finance, EVERYTHING was a pleasurable experience. I must be honest, I thought purchasing an under 20k car at a Lexus dealer would be much different, but my wife and I were treated with respect and given, what I believe, is the same attention and courtesy as someone buying a LX 700h. What's more, is that a car that we were very happy with was not up to "standard' for them; we waited for them to tighten up the driver's seat bottom cushion cover (they had replaced it), because they recognized it was wrinkled when getting it ready for delivery. I didn't even mention it! Also, we drove 1 1/2 hours to get to the dealer around opening, and I made a joke that I wanted to be done by lunch. Well, they did it! We didn't rush; we didn't get pushed; and there were no surprises. Everyone worked to get us on our way back home! Awesome Dealer!!!!

Ralph Paty is the man! I live in Huntsville, AL and was searching for a great used car for my daughter while she is away at college. I find a used car online at Lexus of Chattanooga and Ralph responded to my inquiry. Once I described my needs and concerns, Ralph was on the case.
