I took my RX 350 in for service and wanted to see if they had the new 2027 RX350 on the lot. Mr Tommy Chills met me on the lot and ask if he could help me. I ask him about the 2027’s he said they don’t have them yet. I seen the RX450h+ and ask about it. I told him I would need a white RX450h+and on the way out I seen one that was open so I checked it out! When I got home I called and ask him to do the numbers on both vehicles to see what I would be looking at if I traded. Long story short I got 2.99% interest rate and I picked up the RX450h+ the next day! I love driving it and saving on gas!! Seamless deal with Mr Chills and the Finance Manager!! I totally recommend Lexus of Chattanooga!!

Gavin in the Service Dept is an excellent representative for Lexus. He and all the other reps that I interacted with are great! So friendly and easy to talk to. A manager in Service, Cody, came out to talk about my car issue and impressed me with his eagerness to make sure I was happy, as well. I received all the attention to the car that I needed, the work was done perfectly, and I left happy. Nice folks who do great work.
