I must be honest, I thought purchasing an under 20k car at a Lexus dealer would be much different, but my wife and I were treated with respect and given, what I believe, is the same attention and courtesy as someone buying a LX 700h. What's more, is that a car that we were very happy with was not up to "standard' for them; we waited for them to tighten up the driver's seat bottom cushion cover (they had replaced it), because they recognized it was wrinkled when getting it ready for delivery.
