Dear Mr. Gibson,

I am writing to express my thanks for the excellent service provided to me by Randy Hatfield. He went beyond the expected to get a problem fixed on my Lexus. In fact, I would say his courteous, aggressive response to me as a customer has convinced me to purchase another Lexus from your company when my current vehicle needs replacing. I was considering BMW and Porsche, but I have decided to stay with Lexus.
